About the role
- Support and manage complex pensions administration projects across DB, DC and hybrid schemes
- Deliver pension increases, benefit statements and management reports
- Run and oversee automated and manual pension calculations
- Act as a technical escalation point for non‑standard cases and issues
- Coach, mentor and support junior colleagues to maintain high‑quality output
- Drive process improvements, automation and efficient service delivery
About you
- Experience in occupational pensions administration (DB preferred)
- Strong project and calculation expertise
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Confident supporting and mentoring junior team members
