You’ll be the go‑to expert for technical, legislative and operational matters—supporting internal teams, employers, and senior stakeholders, and ensuring smooth, compliant scheme operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on Scheme Rules, legislation and operational queries
- Investigate complex member cases and draft IDRP responses
- Manage regulatory reporting (Scheme Return, HMRC Events, levies)
Keep procedures compliant with legislative changes - Support employer onboarding and exits
- Oversee monthly technical tasks and review work from the Technical Analyst
- Work closely with the Technical & Compliance Manager
- Line‑manage, mentor and develop the Technical Analyst
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years DB/DC pension administration experience
- Strong pensions legislative knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to research, interpret and apply complex information
- Strong communication skills with varied stakeholders
- Desirable: Degree, PMI qualification, Prince2 (or equivalents)
