Juliette Lister & Lisa Tremlett are currently assisting a Pensions Company who are presently recruiting for Implementation Analysts on a 12 month fixed term contract
To lead all aspects of data analysis and calculation activity across new business and internal transfer activity, supporting the delivery of the implementation portfolio across the business.
- To define and implement data audit and analysis protocols which improve quality and effectiveness of transfer activity
- To lead the definition, creation and analysis of complex pension calculations which ensure effective member outcomes on transfer of activity.
- To oversee the production of system automation, liaising with IT and Administration functions to build, run and review test scenarios during the implementation phase.
ESSENTIAL:-
· Strong/Broad experience of occupational pension schemes, including administration
· Experience of managing the definition and build of complex pensions calculations
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of DB/DC arrangements.
· Experience of the implementation of pension arrangements, including bulk transfers of DB and DC
· Experience of providing assistance to others in the management of projects and change
· Good communication skills
· Ability to communicate and manage change effectively
