Are you a detail‑driven analyst with strong experience in occupational pensions? We’re looking for an Implementation Analyst to play a key role in delivering high‑quality data, calculations, and system improvements during new business and scheme transfer projects.
What you’ll do
- Lead data audits, analysis and complex pension calculations to ensure accurate and effective scheme transfers.
- Act as a subject matter expert on benefit structures and administration processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to build, test and refine system automation and calculation tools.
- Coordinate UAT and drive process excellence to improve administration efficiency.
- Support the delivery of implementation plans and help manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and champion best practices across the implementation function.
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience with occupational pension schemes (DB and DC).
- Background in defining and building complex pension calculations.
- Experience supporting or managing scheme implementations or bulk transfers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical, administrative and project teams.
