Join a team launching new SIPP products and take ownership of end‑to‑end SIPP administration while supporting process development and acting as a senior point of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up SIPPs, process contributions, transfers, drawdown and payroll
- Manage complex cases and escalations
- Complete reconciliations, reporting and maintain SOPs
- Quality check team work and provide technical support
- Train and coach colleagues
- Handle complex client queries and ensure full regulatory compliance
About You
- 5+ years’ non‑occupational pensions experience (SIPPs ideal)
- Strong accuracy, organisation and communication skills
- Supportive team player able to manage competing priorities
- Confident with IT; pensions qualifications a bonus
