A specialist DC investment team is hiring a Senior DC Investment Consultant to take ownership of the work that actually drives scheme direction — not just supporting it.
This is a role for someone who is already comfortable in the room with trustees and wants more control over what gets decided, not just what gets recommended. You’ll be leading the thinking on default strategies for large UK pension schemes.
The role
• Lead DC investment advice for a portfolio of clients
• Develop and implement investment strategies using modelling and analysis
• Run manager and provider selection exercises end-to-end
• Build and maintain senior client relationships
• Support new business pitches and commercial growth
• Oversee governance and ensure high-quality ongoing client delivery
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
What we’re looking for
• FIA, FFA or CFA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience
• Strong UK DC pensions consultancy experience
• Solid technical investment knowledge
• Confident client-facing communicator with commercial awareness
