We’re looking for a hands-on Implementation Consultant to drive client system transitions from start to finish. You’ll take client requirements, configure systems, automate calculations, and make sure every project milestone hits the mark.
This role combines problem-solving, project delivery, and technical know-how in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
• Gather and translate client requirements into system solutions.
• Lead configuration, testing, and quality control activities.
• Automate calculations and troubleshoot system issues.
• Guide clients through implementations, training, and documentation.
• Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing best practices.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and help projects run smoothly.
You’ll need:
• Solid experience with pension/employee benefit systems or similar projects.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data manipulation.
• Experience in project delivery, with risk management and stakeholder engagement.
