We’re looking for a detail‑focused Pensions Data Quality Specialist to support the accuracy and integrity of pension scheme data. You’ll analyse, cleanse and manage large datasets to meet regulatory standards and ensure high‑quality service for members.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, validate and cleanse pension data
- Maintain accurate, complete and up‑to‑date member records
- Investigate and resolve data issues and inconsistencies
- Work with internal teams and employers to gather missing or corrected information
- Align data with stakeholder records and regulatory requirements
- Produce regular data quality reports
- Load and update bulk data files
About You
- 2+ years’ data entry/data maintenance experience
- 2+ years’ pension or pension data administration experience
- Strong understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory expectations
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet analysis skills
- Confident using MS Office and SharePoint
- High attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork skills
- Customer‑focused and self‑motivated
Desirable
- Experience with UPM systems
