An exciting opportunity to join a growing DC consultancy team as an Associate DC Consultant, supporting clients across governance and investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships and support ongoing DC governance
- Keep up to date with DC legislation and market developments
- Review performance reports and run investment strategy modelling
- Support asset transfers and liaise with investment managers
- Attend client meetings and contribute to wider DC projects (e.g. master trust reviews, provider selection, buy‑outs)
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in the UK DC pensions, ideally within the Consulting side
- Progress toward FIA, FFA, CFA or PMI
- Experience across governance and/or investment
