Senior Pensions DC Consultant

• Lead and develop strong client relationships 
• Support new business pitches and contribute to practice growth - Stay up to date with DC legislation, market trends and governance requirements 
• Lead projects including master trust/GPP reviews, selection exercises, buy‑outs, wind‑ups and AVC reviews 
• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide ongoing governance support 
• Work with investment colleagues to deliver tailored, outcome‑focused advice 
• Produce clear, high‑quality advice and reports - Contribute to provider research and team knowledge 
• Provide leadership and guidance within the team   

• PMI qualification (or FIA/FFA/CFA) preferred 
• Strong experience advising UK DC pension schemes within a consultancy 
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness 
• Solid technical pensions knowledge
