The Role
- Work with clients to understand their data, processes and requirements
- Deliver data migration activities including analysis, mapping and configuration
- Lead ad‑hoc data tasks and support junior team members
- Translate client needs into effective system solutions
- Run system demonstrations and document scheme/product information
- Contribute to platform development and project risk/issue management
What You’ll Bring
- Strong pensions knowledge (DB, DC, CARE, Annuities)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in data migration within pension systems
- Background in client‑focused project delivery
- Excellent communication skills
