What You’ll Do
- Work with clients to understand requirements and recommend effective solutions
- Lead and deliver data processes, including mapping, analysis and configuration
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Translate client needs into online system solutions
- Perform system demos and document scheme information
- Contribute to platform development through analysis and specification work
- Support project management activities, including risk and issue identification
What You’ll Bring
- Strong knowledge of DB, DC, CARE and Annuity pension schemes
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in data migration (analysis, mapping, reconciliation)
