In-House Head of Pensions Finance & Investment Operations

• Lead the in-house finance function managing pension scheme accounts and investment operations 
• Oversee timely delivery of statutory and management accounting reports 
• Reporting directly to the Pensions Director, work closely with key stakeholders, trustees and external providers including investment managers 
• Lead ongoing development and mentoring of your finance team 
• Lead drive to identify and implement efficiencies and improvements particularly around risk management and control environment  

• ACCA/ACA/equivalent, up to date knowledge of UK pensions accounting, SORP and pensions legislative framework 
• Confident developing relationships both internal and with external providers and advisors 
• You will be skilled in ongoing development and mentoring of staff
