Varied opportunity with a £multi-billion DB & DC Pension fund for a qualified Head of Pensions Finance.
London, Hybrid 3 days office based per week
About the role
- Lead the in-house finance function managing pension scheme accounts and investment operations
- Oversee timely delivery of statutory and management accounting reports
- Reporting directly to the Pensions Director, work closely with key stakeholders, trustees and external providers including investment managers
- Lead ongoing development and mentoring of your finance team
- Lead drive to identify and implement efficiencies and improvements particularly around risk management and control environment
About you
- ACCA/ACA/equivalent, up to date knowledge of UK pensions accounting, SORP and pensions legislative framework
- Confident developing relationships both internal and with external providers and advisors
- You will be skilled in ongoing development and mentoring of staff
