Pensions Project Manager

• Lead and deliver DB pension projects across multiple stakeholders 
• Build and manage detailed project plans and governance 
• Oversee day‑to‑day project activity and ensure milestones are met 
• Lead project meetings and produce clear documentation 
• Drive continuous improvements and maintain risk logs/action plans 

• Strong UK DB pensions experience 
• Knowledge of GMP, buy‑ins/buy‑outs, wind‑ups and DB operations 
• Background in actuarial, administration or pensions consulting (ideal) 
• Proven project delivery experience in client‑facing roles 
• Prince2/APM/PMP/CSM (or willingness to qualify) 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Proactive, organised and confident project leadership style
