About the Role
You will support a variety of DB pension projects, including:
- Data and benefit audits
- Developing data strategies and improvement plans
- Leading rectification work (including GMP rectification/equalisation)
- Creating and customising bulk tools and technical solutions
- Reviewing and supporting the work of colleagues
You’ll communicate technical information clearly, work collaboratively across multiple areas, and deliver real value to clients and scheme members.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge and experience of UK DB Pension arrangements and a good understanding of manual benefit calculations and processes
- Experience in data auditing, data cleanse would be beneficial as would some SQL exposure
- Background in data auditing, cleansing and rectification
- Good understanding of manual benefit calculations
