Senior Pensions Administrator

• You will deliver high‑quality administration services to a portfolio of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes and their members. You’ll process scheme activities in line with rules and SLAs, carry out complex pension calculations, maintain accurate data, and respond to enquiries using both automated and manual processes. 
• You’ll act as a trusted contact for clients and members, including handling complex queries and occasionally attending meetings. You’ll review work for accuracy and compliance, stay up to date with legislative and technical changes, and support the development of junior team members. 
• The role also includes managing small ad hoc projects and working with risk and compliance teams to ensure errors and complaints are handled appropriately and on time. 

• You bring proven experience as a Senior Pensions Administrator with strong knowledge of DB schemes, legislation and member processes. You’re confident performing and reviewing complex calculations with a high level of accuracy. 
• You communicate clearly and professionally, manage your workload effectively, and consistently meet deadlines and SLAs. You enjoy problem‑solving, improving processes, and supporting others. 
• A relevant professional qualification (such as PMI) is desirable.
