Pensions Specialist

• Manual DB benefit calculations (retirements, deaths, transfers) 
• Work on contracting-out, gender equalisation and (ideally) GMP equalisation 
• Maintain strong governance and audit trails 
• Handle pension admin system tasks: data imports/exports, running actions 
• Support process accuracy and data integrity 

• Strong understanding of DB schemes 
• Exposure to pension admin software; Profund P3 preferred 
• Coding experience beneficial 
• Advanced Excel; solid Word/Outlook skills 
• Diligent, accurate, and highly organised
