We’re looking for a creative Communication Consultant with pensions knowledge to help deliver clear, engaging communications that support people in understanding their retirement savings. You’ll manage your own clients, create compelling content, and contribute to meaningful member‑focused projects.
About the Role
- Develop communication plans, proposals, and campaigns
- Write content for newsletters, projects, and member engagement
- Manage client relationships and resolve day‑to‑day issues
- Project‑manage workloads, briefs, timelines, and suppliers
- Review creative work and ensure high‑quality outputs
- Research pensions trends, member behaviour, and industry developments
About You
- Experience delivering communication or engagement projects
- Strong written communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Knowledge of DB/DC pensions (risk transfer experience is a bonus)
- Commercial awareness and ability to grow client relationships
- Creative, proactive, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
- Friendly, collaborative, and keen to contribute to team culture
