What You’ll Do
- Administer DB/DC pension schemes accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high‑quality member and employer data.
- Support key events such as valuations, annual statements and data checks.
- Check colleagues’ work and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively across teams.
- Follow data protection and information security standards.
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
- 12+ months DB pensions experience.
- Strong numeracy and literacy (GCSE Maths & English).
- Benefit calculation experience.
- Good communication, accuracy and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and use initiative.
- Confident with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desirable:
- Studying or completed DPA/CPA.
- Experience checking or training others.
- Experience with pensions or contribution systems.
