Senior Pensions Communications Consultant 

• Lead relationships with senior stakeholders, including government departments 
• Deliver high-quality communications for defined benefit and public sector schemes 
• Oversee complex projects, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment 
• Mentor consultants and collaborate across creative, digital, and data teams 
• Support revenue growth through effective project scoping and delivery 

• Experience in senior communications roles within pensions, financial services, or public sector 
• Strong understanding of DB schemes, pension freedoms, and regulatory frameworks 
• Exceptional writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills 
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams 
• Passion for improving member outcomes through clear, engaging communications
