This leading pensions provider is seeking an experienced SIPP/SSAS professional to manage a busy administration team and deliver outstanding client service.
About the Role
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of pension administrators.
- Provide technical support to colleagues, clients, and advisers.
- Oversee new business, benefit crystallisations, contributions, transfers and investment transactions.
- Ensure accurate client data, regulatory compliance and high‑quality service delivery.
- Improve procedures, workflows and processes to drive efficiency.
- Support senior leadership with projects and management information.
About You
- Extensive SIPP/SSAS administration experience (essential).
- Previous line management or leadership experience.
- Strong technical pension knowledge with excellent attention to detail.
