The Role
- Process a wide range of pension administration tasks
(e.g., member detail changes, valuations, projections, policy updates, exception reports) - Respond to member queries across multiple channels within SLA targets
- Follow quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Take ownership of your development through ongoing training
- Identify and report risks, complaints and breaches
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience with DB and/or DC pension schemes
- Experience handling pension authorisations
- Strong accuracy, numeracy and data input skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confident computer and telephone skills
- Collaborative team approach, with the ability to support others
