What you’ll do
- Check and review pension calculations and processes
- Support complex and high‑value casework
- Coach and mentor colleagues to drive quality
- Manage workloads and meet KPIs and deadlines
- Handle and escalate complaints, completing root cause analysis
- Share knowledge and contribute to strong team communication
What we’re looking for
- DB and/or DC pensions administration experience
- Strong accuracy, numeracy and manual calculation skills
- Experience coaching or quality‑checking others’ work
- Confident communicator with solid IT skills
- Able to manage complex queries and work under pressure
