Here’s a rare opportunity to join a globally recognised, FTSE 500 powerhouse with a reputation for innovation and quality. The company are creating a new DC Pensions Specialist opportunity. This is a hands-on, people-facing role, perfect for someone who enjoys making pensions simple and approachable — and wants a role that fits around life, rather than the other way around.

What you’ll do
• Act as the first point of contact for employee pension queries.
• Help deliver introductory pension sessions for new starters.
• Support member communications and engagement.
• Assist with monthly payroll data files.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers.

About you
• Some DC pensions experience would be beneficial.
• Confident explaining processes in plain English.
• Highly organised, curious, and eager to learn.
• Looking for flexible hours in a role with scope to grow.

Why this role?
• Genuine part-time flexibility (around 21 hours per week).
• Opportunity to help shape an in-house pensions function.
• Exposure to both DC and DB arrangements.
• Supportive team and structured training.
