This is a senior, visible role for a pensions professional who thrives on responsibility and variety. You’ll sit at the centre of multiple occupational pension schemes, acting as trusted adviser, scheme secretary, project lead and problem-solver — with real influence over outcomes, not just processes.
What you’ll do
• Lead outsourced support for in-house pensions teams
• Act as Scheme Secretary (permanent or interim)
• Own day-to-day client relationships and adviser engagement
• Manage governance, compliance, budgets and business plans across a portfolio of schemes
• Lead complex pensions projects and resolve issues before they escalate
• Drive quality, profitability and continuous improvement

• A solid occupational pensions background (DB & DC)
• Experience in pensions management, scheme secretarial, administration or project delivery
