We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity for two professional services firms, including a specialist pensions audit provider. You’ll shape the marketing strategy, manage a small team, and deliver campaigns that raise brand visibility and generate high‑quality leads in the pensions and accounting sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver strategic marketing plans that support growth in the pensions and professional services markets.
- Lead end‑to‑end campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage and coach a marketing team to ensure consistent delivery.
- Report marketing performance and insights to senior leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- Senior B2B marketing experience, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Strong track record in lead‑generation campaigns and digital marketing.
- Confident people manager with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as ActiveCampaign, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with content, events, and social media teams.
