About the role
- You’ll lead the development of a quality framework that ensures effective, well‑controlled processes across Member Services
- Setting and maintaining quality standards - Monitoring performance and providing independent assurance
- Identifying improvements through insight and risk awareness
- Supporting leaders with clear reporting and analysis
About you
- You have strong experience in quality assurance within financial services or another regulated, service‑led environment. You’re analytical, confident influencing others, and committed to fairness and consistency.
- Experience with process, control and outcome‑based quality
- Knowledge of quality management principles and ISO‑aligned frameworks
- Experience coaching and supporting others through change
