We’re looking for a skilled DB Pensions Administrator to deliver accurate scheme administration and strong customer service. You’ll support key scheme events, project work, and daily operations while ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
About the Role
- Deliver accurate DB pension administration to agreed service levels
- Maintain high‑quality member and employer data
- Support scheme events (valuations, annual statements, pension increases, data checks)
- Take ownership of delegated tasks and project work
- Check colleagues’ work to maintain high standards
- Support and guide junior team members
- Prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Contribute to process improvements
- Follow information security and data protection requirements
About You
Essential:
- 24+ months DB pensions experience
- Strong benefit calculation and Excel skills
- High accuracy, good communication, customer‑focused
- Able to work independently, prioritise, and handle pressure
Desirable:
- Experience with annual events (valuations, statements, etc.)
- Pensions qualifications (or studying)
- Experience checking or training others
