We are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Calculation Analyst to join a Business Solutions team within a pensions administration environment.
This role will lead the development of calculation specifications, own calculation methodology, and act as a technical subject matter expert. You will mentor junior colleagues and work closely with developers, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality pension calculations.
Key Requirements
• Strong Defined Benefit calculation knowledge (retirement, transfer, death)
• Good Defined Contribution and pensions legislation knowledge
• 5+ years’ experience in pensions calculation analysis and administration
• Excellent analytical, numeracy, and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills.
