We’re looking for an experienced DC pensions professional to provide technical expertise. In this role, you'll ensure accurate, compliant, and customer‑focused outcomes across complex pension operations.
15 month FTC. Merseyside or Dorset (hybrid working once training has been completed)
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical specialist for DC pensions queries, contentious cases, and complaint resolution.
- Support new business onboarding, including on‑site visits and technical due diligence.
- Design, refine, and implement pension processes and controls to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Translate regulatory and trustee policy changes into clear, practical operational procedures.
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and wider operations.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in DC pensions operations
- Strong understanding of DC regulations, governance, and industry obligations.
- Skilled in data analysis and Excel (Autocrat experience advantageous).
- Proven ability to design and improve pensions processes and documentation.
- Hands‑on, proactive approach and confidence handling technical and complex cases.
