This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of a large, complex pension scheme and shape how it adapts to an evolving regulatory, operational, and technological landscape. 


London or Scotland offices with hybrid working.

What You’ll Do 
  • Support this major in‑house pensions team in managing a transformation programme, driving strategic change across operations, governance, investment, technology, and end‑game planning. 
  • Shape strategy and contribute to function‑wide governance and long‑term planning. 
  • Oversee delivery of complex change programmes in a regulated financial services environment. 
  • Manage and engage external vendors and partners supporting service delivery. 
  • Offer expert advice to senior stakeholders, committees and decision‑makers. 
  • Monitor regulatory developments and developing industry landscape. 

About You 
  • Director‑calibre pensions leader with deep knowledge of pensions (DB and/or DC) and experience in transformation. 
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability and resilience in complex matrix environments. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders.
