What you’ll be doing:
• Leading client relationships and advising on complex employee benefit solutions
• Running market tenders and insurance renewals, negotiating with insurers
• Managing client queries, claims escalations, and eligibility issues
• Supporting business development and new client opportunities
What we’re looking for:
• Proven senior experience in risk benefits or employee benefits consulting
• Strong technical knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and legislation
