About the Role
A FANTASTIC opportunity to take your first career steps in DB & DC consulting.
You will help to manage a portfolio of Defined Benefit pension schemes, acting as day-to-day client contact. Responsibilities will include governance support, project delivery (e.g. GMP equalisation, ORAs), scheme secretarial work, preparing client communications, and contributing to continuous improvement.
About You
• Minimum 2 years’ DB pensions experience (consulting or senior administration with client management).
• Strong understanding of DB/DC legislation, regulation and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify technical detail.
