We’re working with a highly regarded pensions consultancy seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to strengthen their Public Sector administration function.
The role:
• Lead and support teams delivering public sector pension services
• Mentor Admin Managers and drive service quality
• Manage resource planning, HR issues, and team development
• Get involved in tenders, projects, and client relationship work
• Drive business change and improve systems/processes
Your profile:
• Strong background in pensions admin leadership
• Knowledge of DB/DC pensions (public sector a plus)
• Confident managing teams and complex workloads
• Skilled in client-facing work and commercial delivery
• APMI qualified or equivalent by experience
