Excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing relationships with pension scheme clients. You’ll be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring service delivery meets regulatory standards and exceeds expectations. 


What You’ll Do 
  • Manage a portfolio of pension clients and build strong strategic relationships 
  • Oversee service delivery, reporting, and governance compliance - Identify opportunities for growth and service improvement 
  • Support proposals and presentations for new business 

What We’re Looking For 
  • Experience in client relationship management within Pensions Administration service delivery 
  • Knowledge of DB pensions operations, DC exposure beneficial 
  • Strong commercial awareness and influencing skills 
  • Ability to manage deadlines and drive continuous improvement
