Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Pensions Administrator to join a dedicated team and help manage a large, well-established pension scheme. This is your chance to work in a collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter.
What You’ll Do
- Handle a variety of pension administration tasks, including leavers, data updates, and benefit setups
- Perform pension calculations with team support
- Prepare and send member communications
- Process invoices and assist with monthly bank reconciliations
- Support payroll and pension projects
What We’re Looking For
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous pension administration experience is desirable but not essential
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
