As Pensions DC Consulting Director, you’ll lead client portfolios, deliver expert advice on scheme design, investment, governance, and compliance, and help shape the future of workplace savings.
About the role
- Manage large/medium DC scheme clients (Trust and contract-based).
- Advise on design, investment, communications, and Auto-Enrolment.
- Drive growth through new business and strong client relationships.
- Mentor colleagues and represent the team at industry events.
About you
- Proven UK DC consulting experience (including Trust-based schemes).
- Strong technical knowledge and relevant qualifications (PMI, CII, IMC).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organised, and commercially focused.
