We’re seeking a Pensions Business Partner to join our Group Pensions Team, supporting our Defined Benefit Pension Scheme and Trustee Board. Reporting to the Head of Pensions & Benefits, you’ll use your expertise to deliver our pension strategy and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Trustee Board and Sub-Committees, including meeting coordination and papers.
- Act as liaison for pension administration projects and updates.
- Manage member queries, complaints, and dispute resolution.
- Oversee scheme communications, budgets, invoices, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor cashflows, process transactions, and reconcile expenditure.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive knowledge of Defined Benefit pensions administration and governance.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and working with trustees.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Defined Contribution pensions.
