What you’ll do
• Lead the delivery of services and strategic projects across multiple pension schemes.
• Act as the day-to-day lead for trustee boards: governance, planning, risk management, reporting and more.
• Drive high-quality scheme management with a focus on efficiency, compliance and best practice.
• Manage and inspire a team, supporting their growth and performance.
• Oversee external advisers and suppliers, ensuring the right advice is delivered at the right time.
• Shape and deliver training, insight sessions and industry knowledge.
• Build strong relationships, spotting opportunities to add value and support future business growth.
