We’re looking for an experienced pensions administrator ready to take on more responsibility and play a key role in delivering high-quality DB, DC and Hybrid scheme work.
What You’ll Do
• Handle and review a range of pension tasks: allocations, calculations, reporting, payroll, cashflows, investments and invoices
• Draft and check member communications and scheme documents
• Support and train junior administrators
• Respond to member queries and work closely with internal teams
• Assist Client Executives and join client meetings when needed
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in occupational pension administration
• PMI CPC qualification (or working towards it)
• Accurate, organised, and confident working independently and supporting others
