What you’ll do
• Act as a key escalation point and trusted deputy to the Scheme Benefits Implementation Manager
• Lead client implementation projects end-to-end
• Translate client requirements into robust, automated system solutions
• Analyse scheme rules, configure systems, and produce clear technical documentation
• Drive successful data migration and calculation automation
• Identify risks early and keep projects running smoothly
• Deliver training, guide stakeholders, and champion best practice
• Mentor colleagues and help build a culture of continuous improvement
• Support ongoing platform enhancements and new developments
What you’ll bring
• Strong knowledge of DB pension schemes and scheme rules
• Proven experience delivering projects and mentoring others
• A sharp eye for detail, the confidence to lead, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity
