What you’ll do:
• Deliver projects that support major DB and DC schemes, insurers, and public service providers.
• Lead on data reviews, benefit calculations, service improvements, and remediation projects.
• Support schemes with strategic objectives, including insurance transactions and BAU optimisation.
• Get hands-on with GMP reconciliations, data cleansing, and complex benefit calculations.
• Produce high-quality deliverables, present findings, and mentor junior colleagues.
• Governance, risk management, and benchmarking
• Build client relationships to secure additional work and revenue.
What you’ll bring:
• Strong knowledge of DB & DC pensions and their regulatory landscape.
• Proven consultancy or pensions administration experience, ideally client-facing.
• Technical expertise in calculations, audits, and service improvement.
• Confidence managing multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
