As a Pensions Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of pension schemes, supporting Trustee Boards, driving projects, and turning data into actionable insights that really matter.
This role offers variety, responsibility, and a clear path to senior consultancy — all while gaining hands-on experience in pensions governance, scheme management, and advisory work.
What you’ll do:
• Support Trustee Boards with meetings, minutes, and actions
• Assist with scheme governance, reporting, and policy updates
• Contribute to client projects, research, and reports
• Manage member cases, budgets, and supplier interactions
• Stay ahead of pensions industry trends and developments
Who you are:
• Pensions Administrator or Assistant Consultant looking for a new challenge
• Strong communicator and team player
• Organised, analytical, and detail-focused
