We’re looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join a growing team. If you have strong DB pensions experience and enjoy mentoring others, this is a great opportunity to thrive in a company that values inclusion and growth. 


Birmingham, 2 days in the office per week 

What You'll Be Doing: 
  • Perform and check complex DB pension calculations. 
  • Support and train junior team members. 
  • Maintain accurate member records and ensure compliance. 
  • Liaise with clients, actuaries, and third parties. 
  • Contribute to projects and meet service deadlines. 

What We're Looking For: 
  • Solid DB pensions administration experience. 
  • Strong understanding of pensions legislation. 
  • Confident communicator and problem solver. 
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
  • GCSE Maths and English (grade 4/C or equivalent).
