What You’ll Do
As a Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Managing pension schemes – supporting trustee boards, handling governance, and ensuring compliance.
- Driving projects – from adviser reviews and risk management to governance and market research.
- Building relationships – acting as a trusted adviser to clients and collaborating with colleagues.
- Delivering insight – producing clear reports, presentations, and recommendations that make a difference.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with occupational pension schemes (consulting or in-house).
- Knowledge of trustee duties, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidence.
- Professional qualifications (or progress toward them) in pensions or related fields are highly desirable.
