We’re seeking a Pensions Business Analyst to bridge the gap between pension administration and technology. You’ll work with benefits and development teams to deliver system improvements that enhance processes and member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Collaborate with developers to agree solutions and implement changes.
- Define and manage testing (functional, UAT, regression).
- Support change management and major project workstreams.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Strong pensions knowledge (CARE, DB, DC schemes).
- Experience with pension systems: implementation, testing, and specifications.
- SQL skills and ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
- Desirable: Experience with UPM2.
