We’re seeking an experienced leader to head Defined Contribution (DC) pension administration. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery to ensure exceptional member experiences and robust compliance under the Master Trust regulatory framework. 


North East, hybrid working (2-3 days in the office per week) 

What You’ll Do 
  • Lead DC administration operations, balancing member experience, regulatory demands, and efficiency 
  • Drive a member-first culture and digital service improvements 
  • Ensure governance and compliance with legislative requirements 
  • Build operational capability and lead transformation initiatives 
  • Collaborate with trustees, internal teams, and external partners 
What We’re Looking For 
  • Proven experience managing DC pension schemes 
  • Deep knowledge of DC and Master Trust regulatory frameworks 
  • Expertise in transformation, technology adoption, and continuous improvement 
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
