We’re seeking an experienced leader to head Defined Contribution (DC) pension administration. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery to ensure exceptional member experiences and robust compliance under the Master Trust regulatory framework.
North East, hybrid working (2-3 days in the office per week)
What You’ll Do
- Lead DC administration operations, balancing member experience, regulatory demands, and efficiency
- Drive a member-first culture and digital service improvements
- Ensure governance and compliance with legislative requirements
- Build operational capability and lead transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with trustees, internal teams, and external partners
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing DC pension schemes
- Deep knowledge of DC and Master Trust regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in transformation, technology adoption, and continuous improvement
- Strong leadership and team development skills
