Opportunity for Pensions Operational professionals to broaden your scope of work and assist a growing team deliver better outcomes for their members. In this client-facing role, work across a wide range of strategic projects—from data quality reviews and benefit calculations to service improvement plans and benefit remediation. 


What You’ll Be Doing: 
  • Deliver high-quality solutions across DB and DC pension schemes. 
  • Lead and support projects involving data audits, GMP reconciliation, and benefit reviews. 
  • Produce insightful client reports and present findings in meetings. 
  • Mentor junior team members and review their work for accuracy and compliance. 
  • Help clients achieve strategic goals such as insurance transactions and operational improvements.

What We’re Looking For: 
  • Strong knowledge of DB and DC pension schemes and UK pension regulations. 
  • Experience in a consultancy or pensions administration role, ideally client-facing. 
  • Skilled in interpreting complex data and performing technical benefit calculations. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
