We’re looking for an experienced Senior Communications Consultant (Delivery) to join an award-winning engagement and experience team that helps organisations connect with their people through meaningful, creative, and compliant communications.
In this pivotal role, you’ll take the lead on complex communications projects — from concept to delivery — partnering with senior stakeholders across government and large corporate clients. You’ll oversee high-quality communications outputs, manage talented consultants, and collaborate closely with creative, digital, and data teams to bring ideas to life.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading the delivery of multi-channel communications campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire.
• Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and guiding clients on best-in-class communications strategy.
• Managing project teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery within budget.
• Championing excellence in process, governance, and quality assurance.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to support their growth and development.
What we’re looking for:
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior communications role — ideally within pensions, financial services, or the public sector.
• A strong strategic mindset, with hands-on experience delivering communications across multiple channels.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage budgets, and maintain high standards under pressure.
