An excellent opportunity join a large in-house team working from home. Our client is looking for a communications expert with pensions experience to lead engagement for a new Collective Defined Contribution (CDC) scheme. You’ll simplify complex pension topics, improve digital communications, and drive member engagement. 


About the role 
  • Create clear, tailored content for members and employers 
  • Lead digital-first campaigns and update web/portal content 
  • Host online and in-person engagement events - Support rollout of new pension schemes with engaging messaging 
  • Use data to improve communications and track impact 

About You 
  • Strong pensions knowledge (DB, DC, auto-enrolment, etc.) 
  • Skilled in turning technical info into accessible content 
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and collaboration skills 
  • Experience managing stakeholders and communication strategies
